Hi, I'm Francis.

A few years ago I felt completely stuck with my issues - people pleasing, negative self talk, relying on external validation, and more. I've since poured tens of thousands of dollars and a few years of my life into therapy, coaching, and mental health apps to take responsibility and heal my issues.

My eyes were opened as I dove deep into attachment theory, IFS, CBT and other areas of psychology. Many approaches helped, but one practice helped more than everything else: subconscious reprogramming.

By collecting daily evidence that contradicted my negative beliefs, I rewrote my inner script. My anxiety eased. I learned how to say no. The world opened up to me. I became more extroverted, happy, and confident in myself.
